Ducky is from our D Litter (Tabiri x Amidi).

When Ducky was just over eight months old, she got out of her yard and was struck by a car. She was at large for four days, before being found.  Ducky broke one of her lumbar vertebra in the accident and sustained damage at an additional place in her spine. Miraculously, Ducky had no neurological symptoms for 18 months and lived a normal life, though was not cleared for high impact events nor pregnancy. As such, she was been washed from our program. 

Due to life changes and the level of pain management Ducky needed, Ducky came back to us.  She split her remaining time between us and her new co-owner altered conformation and rally training.​  She developed neurological symptoms from her old back fracture in the summer of 2025 and was let go when the pain became unmanageable.
