Adventure Class, Start 11/13 5:00p

Service Description

This class is designed to practice real life training skills in real life settings. It is six weeks long and consists of 6 dogs/human teams. Class will be based out of the Renton area and each week will take place at a different location. Plan to do a lot of walking during class. Class locations after the first week to be announced before class. Week 1- Liberty Park - good paths to practice loose leash walking, wide open spaces to practice recalls, and lots of distractions (playgrounds, skate park, tennis courts, etc). Locations will include the Renton Landing, the Renton Transit Center, a feed store, and more. In the winter, we are restricted by lighting options. The weather will be gross at times, so plan on weather appropriate attire. You will need a mat to work on settling while in public, a long line, treats, and weather appropriate gear. I will reach out each week to let you know what gear you will need. My health is not always the best, I am suffering from Long COVID, so there is always the possibility that I may need to push out a week of class due that. We will be taking weeks off for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.
