Adventure Class, Start 3/10 6:30p

Service Description

This class is designed to practice real life training skills in real life settings. It is six weeks long and consists of 6 dogs/human teams. Class will be based out of the Hillsboro area and each week will take place at a different location. Plan to do a lot of walking during class. Class locations after the first week to be announced before class. Week 1- Orenco Nature Park - lovely paths to practice loose leash walking, wide open spaces to practice recalls, and lots of distractions (playgrounds, skate park, tennis courts, etc). Other locations will include Orenco Plaza, a trip inside a dog friendly store, parks, and trails. Due to daylight restrictions, we will be working in well lit areas the later part of the class. You will need a mat to work on settling while in public, a long line, treats, and weather appropriate gear. I will reach out each week to let you know what gear you will need. My health is not always the best, I am suffering from Long COVID, so there is always the possibility that I may need to push out a week of class due that. However, due to my limited time in the area that will be a last resort.
